Posh Pets Rescue

We met our fur baby at an adoption event at petsmart through posh pets. That day we met Linda who truly cares about each of the pets she rescues. Linda and Karen are very thorough in checking the family, the environment/house and making sure the animal is going to the right home. We could not be happier with our experience rescuing through posh pets!

I highly recommend looking at Posh Pets when considering adopting your next pet. We brought Ferguson home a week ago and could not be happier - He is the perfect addition to our family! Vanessa was extremely professional & incredible to work with. She was responsive, upfront with all of Ferguson’s medical history and concerns, and made the process extremely simple. I appreciate Posh Pets’ detailed vetting process to ensure that each animal is matched with the right family. This was a fantastic adoption experience!

We adopted 2 fur babies from Posh Pets. This rescue really cares about the animals, and they ensure the pets go to a good home. They have a rigorous application process. We are so thankful that we were able to find Lilly and Zelda and will furever be a member of the Posh Pets Adopted Family. Thank you, Linda, and all the staff and volunteers!

This past Sunday we adopted Archie (formerly known as Chance) from Posh Pets. I can’t say enough good things about Linda and her staff and volunteers. They were wonderful and made the process of adopting our new boy smooth from beginning to end. Archie was neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his shots when we took him home and he is such a GREAT dog. We LOVE him already. I can’t thank Posh Pets enough for bringing this beautiful boy into our lives. UPDATE (April 2020) - What a great organization Posh Pets is! We just adopted a special boy named Brady who had to have surgery on both hips. Posh Pets took great care of this boy who surely would have been euthanized if not for Linda and Posh! Archie loves being a big brother and Brady is such a character. We LOVE our boys and can’t thank Linda and the good people at Posh Pets enough!

I worked here once upon a time, and I'm hoping conditions have improved, but it was a filthy rescue with rude people. letting one dog in a kennel chew at a metal hole they knew was there, that he was constantly getting blood all over. no heating. maybe 7 cats piled into the smallest room in the building. seasoned workers were extremely rude and purposely dismissive of new staff, even purposely ignoring requests and pretending not to hear them in extremely dire situations. I'm leaving this now due to coming across these positive reviews and being hit with extreme shock. Again, I hope things have changed, but I still do not recommend going here unless you're investigating their hygiene and practices. edit in reply to the owner: if you are owned by Linda and Melissa is one of your head workers, then no, you're the same people. Melissa was rancid. "Mellie mclellan". she was in charge of me when these were the conditions. do better. I'm sure this place looks nice to adopters but as someone who's been on the inside and seen the workers for who they really are, it's horrendous.
